Volunteers make TCTC happen

Our volunteers keep our event a safe, fun, welcoming space for everyone.

There are many ways to volunteer – and lots of fun perks to be had!

Ways to volunteer at TCTC

General volunteering

Our General Volunteers help with setup and tear-down, staff our game library, work the registration desk, help with tournaments and the used marketplace, and other fun tasks.

Host a board game

Board Game Hosts share their favourite tabletop games with other attendees.

Host a roleplaying game

At TCTC we love our RPG Game Masters! They are volunteers who are looking to have as much fun as their players.

Present a seminar or panel

Be a Presenter or Panelist at TCTC! From talks about board game design, to experienced game masters sharing their tips and tricks, we’re looking for a variety of content to host on our Main Stage.
