Present on the Main Stage
Share your knowledge and insights with other TCTC attendees!
What we’re looking for
This is the main stage’s third year and we’re so excited to have your content joining us!
Some examples of content we’d love to see included:
Board Game Discussions: Exploring game design, mechanics, industry trends, accessibility, or the evolution of board gaming.
TTRPG Panels: Discussions on worldbuilding, storytelling, game mastering, character creation, campaign design, or the tabletop roleplaying community.
Industry Insights: Share your experiences, knowledge, and perspectives on the tabletop gaming industry, whether you’re a creator, designer, publisher, or passionate player.
Community Discussions: Bring people together to talk about the games we love, the communities we’ve built, and where tabletop gaming is headed.
Have a unique idea for a panel or discussion? We’d love to hear it!
Please note: We’re not accepting submissions for live RPG sessions this year, as we’re working on one large community-wide game experience. We encourage you to submit other creative programming ideas that help bring our tabletop gaming community together!
How to become a Main Stage presenter at TCTC
Every event must be submitted for approval. We will review your submission(s) and either approve or reject them. Regardless of the outcome, we will get back to you!
Each presentation will be assigned a Main Stage timeslot.
The setup
How the Main Stage works
If your presentation is approved, we will assign it a specific time on our Main Stage.
We will also include it in the convention schedule on our website and on the Cardboard Connect app. Other attendees will be able to add it to their personal scheduled when the convention schedule goes live in February.
On the day of the event, you will need to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and set up.
Our Main Stage
The Main Stage area is a small auditorium setup within the convention room, curtained off from the rest of the convention for privacy. Tables, microphones, and a TV screen are all available by default; additional resources may be available upon request.
Your responsibilities
If selected to present at TCTC, we ask that you do the following:
- Be prepared to present with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Check in at the Main Stage control board at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
- Ensure that you and any fellow presenters adhere to our Code of Conduct at all times.
Why should you present at TCTC?
We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their passion and excitement for tabletop games!
