Volunteer
Terminal City Tabletop Convention wouldn’t happen without the help of our wonderful volunteers! Our volunteers teach board games and run RPG sessions, they staff the registration desk and games library, and they work to keep our event a safe, welcoming space for everyone.

General Volunteers
Our general volunteers help with setup and tear down, staff our games library, work the registration desk, help with tournaments and the used marketplace, and other fun tasks where an extra pair of hands is needed. As a general volunteer, you can earn free entry for the weekend in exchange for volunteer hours.
Board Game Hosts
Want to share your favourite game with other attendees at TCTC 2024? Host a game!
As a Board Game Host, for every hour that you host a scheduled session with others registered in it, you’ll receive an entry to our Game Host prize draw. There will be loads of great prizes from our sponsors.
If you’d like to teach games AND get a free pass to TCTC, sign up as a Game Steward under our General Volunteers application!
Gamemasters
At TCTC we love our Gamemasters! They are volunteers who are looking to have as much fun as their players.
Host three 4-hour sessions and get a Full Weekend pass to TCTC as our thank you.
Programming
We’re looking for folks interested in hosting panels and programming at TCTC!
From talks about board game design, to experienced game masters sharing their tips and tricks, we’re looking for a variety of content to host on our main stage.
